Dr. Overseer Donald Dixon
Dr. Overseer Donald Dixon is the Founder and Visionary of A Fresh Start & New Beginning Ministries. He is a man with a heart for God and a deep passion for seeing the people of God fulfill their purpose and walk in their rightful place in the Body of Christ.
Dr. Dixon has a special burden for men, with a desire to see them take their rightful place as leaders, examples, and men of God. He is the founder of the Men of Power, Praise, and Worship Men’s Fellowship, where men come together to encourage one another, pray together, worship together, and build each other up in the faith.

Dr. Dixon also has a strong passion for Street Ministry. He believes in taking the Gospel beyond the four walls of the church and reaching those who are lost, hurting, and searching for hope. Wherever he goes, he looks for opportunities to share God’s Word and minister to the people he encounters.
His heart is to reach the lost, strengthen the believer, empower men, build families, and glorify God through his life and ministry. Dr. Overseer Donald Dixon continues to answer the call of God with humility, passion, and determination, believing that every life touched by the Word of God is a life with the potential for A Fresh Start & New Beginning.
Pastor Rochelle Dixon
Pastor Rochelle Dixon, affectionately known as Pastor (D), is the devoted wife of Dr. Donald Dixon, Founder and Visionary of A Fresh Start & New Beginning Ministries. Pastor (D) works closely alongside her husband to ensure that the call placed upon his life and mandated by God is carried out.
Pastor (D) has a deep passion for seeing families restored through the Word of God and for helping God’s people walk boldly in their true identity in Christ Jesus. She believes that through the power of God’s Word, lives can be transformed, families can be restored, and people can discover who God has called them to be.
She is the Founder of JUST US GIRLS Women’s Fellowship, a fellowship designed to bring women together in love, encouragement, fellowship, prayer, and the Word of God. Pastor (D) is also the Founder of the RISE & SHINE WOMEN’S CONFERENCE, where she believes it is time to raise the level of our expectation through the Word of God and help push women back to the forefront of who they are in Christ Jesus.

Through her ministry, Pastor (D) encourages women to stop allowing their past experiences, disappointments, mistakes, or circumstances to define who they are. She believes that God’s purpose for a woman’s life is greater than what she has experienced, and that with faith, obedience, and the Word of God, she can rise above every obstacle and walk confidently in her God-given identity.
Pastor (D) believes in living by example. Her desire is to live a transparent life that allows others to see not only the victories, but also the journey. She believes that transparency creates opportunities to encourage others and demonstrate that God can use every experience to strengthen, restore, and position us for His purpose.
Above all, Pastor Rochelle Dixon desires to please God with her life, serve His people, strengthen families, encourage women, and point others back to Jesus Christ.
